Introducing the new SPRING Farmhouse Placemat Crochet Pattern! I’m so excited to share this pattern, the third in the farmhouse placemat collection. Like the FALL and WINTER Placemat patterns, this farmhouse style crochet pattern is an advanced beginner pattern and uses the Mini Half Double Crochet C2C technique.
The SPRING Placemat pattern is a collaboration project with Hobbii Yarn. It is designed using their fabulous Hobbii Rainbow 8/8 Cotton yarn which Hobbii so kindly gifted to me.

Isn’t it so bright and cheerful? Y’all know I love my crochet makes to be pretty AND practical, but this one makes me especially happy when I see how beautifully it brightens up my dining table. These charming placemats also help to protect tabletops and are very durable when made with Hobbii Rainbow 8/8 Cotton yarn.

Design Details
The SPRING Farmhouse Placemat, like the FALL and WINTER placemat patterns, is also designed using the Mini C2C crochet technique. The texture that this style of crochet offers is amazing and I just love that they aren’t too bulky when using the thinner, light worsted weight Hobbii Rainbow 8/8 cotton yarn.
For this placemat design I used a 3.50 mm (E) hook and Hobbii Rainbow 8/8 cotton yarn in:
Light Turquoise (034)
White (001)
Dusty Purple (068)
Orange (057)
Light Pink (062)
Green (084)
Yellow (054)
The PDF download for the farmhouse placemat patterns does not include a tutorial for the Mini Half Double C2C technique, but, if you already know how to work with this method then you’re good to go!!
