The Darling Daisy Placemat is an advanced beginner design that uses several different stitches: ch, sc, hdc, sc3l, hdc3l and the Popcorn Stitch.
This PDF includes written instructions and 3 photo tutorials: one for the Popcorn stitch, another showing how to single crochet in the 3rd loop and also, how to crochet the petals.
MATERIALS NEEDED FOR THE DARLING DAISY PLACEMAT:
1. Worsted Weight #4 cotton yarn (This pattern is designed with Dishie cotton yarn by Knit Picks in White & Bumblebee)
2. 65 yards – white; 115 yards – yellow
3. 3.50 mm (E) hook & 3.75 mm (F) hook
4. Yarn Needle
5. Scissors
