Please read our Returns and Cancellation Policy before purchasing.
It is always our goal for you to be completely satisfied with your order so we do happily accept returns and some cancellations on our readymade products. Please contact us as soon as possible with any issues.
While it is our policy to allow you to return an order of a readymade product you must contact us within 3 days of delivery and you must ship the items back to us within 7 days. The items must be in their original new condition for a refund. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We understand that there may be a need to cancel an order but please contact us before we ship the order to you. If not, the responsibility for return shipping costs is the buyer’s.
Please understand with our Returns and Cancellation Policy that we cannot accept returns on custom or personalized readymade product orders unless they are damaged or defective.
Due to the nature of digital downloads we are unable to accept returns on these items.
